The SIMI°TwinnerPro 2D motion capture and analysis system is designed for anyone who would like to capture, document, compare, and rate movement sequences in an easy, uncomplicated and objective way.

SIMI°TwinnerPro is an easy to use diagnostic and therapeutic tool for Gait Analysis, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation, Podiatry, Chiropractic and Sports applications that will provide you with the quantitative data you need.

How to use the system

  • Connect up to four digital video cameras to your desktop computer or up to three to your notebook using FireWire (IEEE 1394a) cables.
  • Start capturing with all attached cameras simultaneously by one mouse click, and SIMI°Twinner Pro records live motion sequences and stores them in real time onto the computer's hard disk.
  • Cropping tools allow for the simultaneous cutting of videos. Analysis can be done subsequent to the recording of the video.

Athletics  
SIMI°Twinner Pro can be used for 2D still image measurement and motion analysis technical training, sourcing, choice of optimal sports equipment as well as for comparison of the execution of movement of different athletes. SIMI°Twinner Pro can be used as a documentation and research tool for developing new devices or new techniques.
Clinical   SIMI°TwinnerPro helps therapists to determine and document therapeutic progress, particularly by providing a simple side-by-side comparison or a comparison of the same movement at different points in time.
