zFlo offers systems for gait and running analysis to a wide variety of customers. All of our TEMPLO-based gait and running analysis systems work in a similar fashion. The TEMPLO software is the framework, and zFlo's experience and know-how in providing an ideal hardware solution result in systems that are pratical for every user. We build custom computers from the ground up and train our customers to the point of absolute satisfaction - we do not leave customers on their own trying to figure out the best way to operate their gait or running system.

The TEMPLO Gait and Running Module is a powerful software tool that can work with anywhere from 1 camera, all the way up to 10 cameras. It's important to note that Contemplas and TEMPLO operate on the assumption that video is being streamed directly to the computer. This ensures that any data obtained from the video is objective and that any measurements (angle measurements, stride length, etc) are actually relevant, as they are performed with minimal change from trial to trial. This is an essential concept, as this is what is required for a true gait or running analysis system. Capturing video remotely and inputting it into software to perform measurements is not scientific, and is instead a type of "video feedback" analysis that is popular in sports. TEMPLO is of course very much usable for this purpose, but the Gait and Running Module is not. 

TEMPLO Gait and Running includes full workflow protocols that have been created with actual data behind them (Jacquelin Perry's work in Video Gait Analysis) - the data that is obtained is relevant to identifying deficiencies and problem areas for any runner or walker (spatial-temporal data, kinematic measurements). Included is the ability to create instant and highly inclusive reports that can be easily printed or e-mailed to your patients and customers.
