This module turns Templo into a simple and easy-to-use posture measurement tool. Using a webcam and a quick calibration, the software enables you to perform a series of posture evaluations on your patients that will objectively determine whether their posture is improving over time.

With the 2D posture system, there is no need for markers - the system uses easily identifiable landmarks on the body. So long as you repeat the same selections, the software will properly detect changes.

The 2D posture analysis is the simplified version of the Templo 3D posture analysis system. The only measurement-type that cannot be documented with a 2D system is rotation. If you require a system that can measure the degrees of rotation (pelvis, shoulder, etc) then be sure to look into the Templo 3D Posture Analysis system.

Analysis "Before"

Quickly generate posture data by clicking on landmarks on the patient's body
The information is automatically calculated within the software - no need to export data or search for files

Analysis "After"

A second trial can now be performed after a correction to posture, or the addition of a corrective device
The process can be repeated within the same trial for a third analysis
A report is automatically generated from the data you have collected, regardless of number of captures you have performed
The "results" page generates images that visually depict the postural problems your patient displays
Send the report via e-mail, print it directly from your computer, or save it in the patient's file

The General Motion Analysis Module is the basic form of Templo. This software is required to run any of the other modules you may be interested in.

Our philosophy is to only provide what you need. With this in mind, we always recommend first using the Templo General Motion Analysis module before investing in additional modules. Unless you are specifically looking at posture analysis, or need the many added features of different modules, then it is always best to start with less.

With the Basic Templo software you are able to:

Create customized protocols (user defines video workflow and analysis workflow)
Measure angles, distances, track markers, and utilize all graphical tools
Maintain customer database with trials automatically tracked by date/time
Create customized reports

Templo on its own is a very powerful analysis tool. To add cameras, one must purchase an additional camera module per camera. To capture with high-speed video (over 60 fps) one must add the high-speed module. The capture interface is so innovative and straight-forward that it is now being used as a pure capture platform for video-based 3D systems that do not support high-speed or HD video cameras. Almost any analysis can be performed using basic Templo, but there are many features that are gained by adding additional modules, like the Running and Gait module. Also included with each Templo license is Templo lite, the first software developed specifically for selecting the ideal running shoe.
